The Agroecology Master programme at Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) and Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) continues to make significant strides with 69 students actively engaged in their studies. This programme incorporates practical learning opportunities at institutional demonstration farms, where students gain hands-on experience in sustainable agricultural practices. Recent initiatives include enhanced training sessions that focus on utilizing e-resources and reference management tools effectively. These sessions have successfully improved students’ abilities to access and utilize online agricultural resources, ensuring they remain at the forefront of agroecological education and research.
